Dilly Beans Dot Challenge

Hello everyone! I hope you had a great weekend! I did a lot of work around the house with the Hubby-to-Be but found some time to get crafty!

I made this card for the Dilly Beans Challenge and this week it must include dots! I love dots! So this one was a no brainer for me!

I used paper from my stash of scraps, some off brand twine, JADED BLOSSOM Stamp set called
Simple Sayings and 2 Dilly Beans Digi stamps! I hope you enjoy and happy crafting!

Sheffield Place

Hello! I hope everyone is having a great day! I am excited to share with you a project I have been working on for about a month now. At the beginning of May I noticed that one another crafty blog (Funky Cards) that there was a Mother's Day card drive for a Women and Children's shelter in Kansas City, Missouri called Sheffield Place. So I decided to send a card off to them. I included a short note about how I came across the card drive and wrote my email at the bottom--expecting nothing else-I mailed it off and forgot about it. Until a few days later I get an email from the Director of Programs, David, thanking me for my card! I was stunned. What a nice thing for him to do!! I emailed him back and asked a few questions about the Sheffield Place and volunteered to make some more cards for the families that live there.
This place does AMAZING things for women and children. Please take a minute to either friend them on Facebook (so you can be updated with all the programs they do!) or just read about them at Sheffield Place.

So I wanted to share with you what I created for them!!

Dilly Beans Weekly Challenge

Hello everyone! I am excited about this post! I love these digis! I am having a flashback to my childhood-I loved to color! (Ok ok I still LOVE to color!) I would start at the beginning of a coloring book and color until the whole book was done!! Normal children would tear out a page, color it, and present it to their mom or dad. Nope, not me! I colored the ENTIRE BOOK and then gave it to my mom! Haha! Soooo when I printed these AMAZING digis I wanted to color them ALL!
I am submitting this to the Dilly Beans Weekly Challenge. This week is stripes.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to post your challenge projects Here
