#AJO Pay It Forward Reciepts

Good morning! I am excited to share with you my Jaded Blossom Design Team project for today and a special story that goes with it.

Alyssa surrounded by her family!
An 18-year old girl Penn State college student named Alyssa text her mom and asked if they could go get Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks in the morning..little did she know that Alyssa's life would be tragically cut short due to complications from epilepsy.
But through their grief and sadness, Alyssa's parents did go to Starbucks....and they bought 40 Pumpkin Spice Lattes and gave them to the customers with Alyssa's initials on them #ajo.
All they asked is that the customer pay it forward in memory of their daughter.

Alyssa's dad and mom with a PSL - #ajo

Little did they know that their one random act of kindness would start a rapid chain of events...soon #ajo was trending, coffees were purchased, restaurant bills were being paid, and small gestures of kindness were popping up EVERYWHERE - each one just asking to pay it forward in Alyssa's name.

So here is my project today:

I made cards using the Jaded Blossom Journal Die to give out as my husband and I #ajo (yes..it is a verb too!) random people :)

I used the Jaded Blossom Gift Card Die on the back of this one to surprise someone with.

I also used the Jaded Blossom Awareness Die on the front along with the Candy Charms & Banners and Alphabet Candies to put her initials on the front.

Alyssa was studying nursing so she could make a difference in people's lives. Please help continue to keep her memory alive, and raise awareness for epilepsy by doing a random act of kindness.
#ajo

If you would like to read more about Alyssa's story you can check out the Facebook page in her memory

Thank you for stopping by today....and because you did you might be #ajo'd!
Leave a comment and I will choose one random person to receive a Jaded Blossom $10 Gift Certificate! (for another chance to win comment on my Jaded Blossom blog post also!)

:)
all I ask is that the winner pay it forward in Alyssa's memory
#ajo
 I'll post the winner tomorrow!

Oh my goodness. thanks so much for sharing Alyssa's #AJO story. I LOVE that you made cards so the message can be passed on. we can all use a little kindness here and there both as the giver and the recipient.
God bless you both!
