I LOVE this new file from SVG Cutting Files- Kawaii Balloon Nugget Platform

I added a little Trendy Twine for the balloon strings and used LoveBug Creations Rumple Ribbon for the perfect touch!

  Here is my project for today!   I used the NEW Dainty Topper Die for the top!  The sentiments on the top are from the NEW Jaded Blossom Birthday Bingo I used Mini Tag Dies for the toppers on the cake pops and the pictures are from Birthday Bingo too! The treats are in the Gusset Bags and the sentiment at the bottom is on the Jaded Blossom Flag Dies and I masked that part out of the NEW Birthday Treat Tags!
