Abby's Surprise Birthday Hop!

Happy Birthday Abby!!

Welcome to Abby's Surprise Birthday hop! If you arrived from Jenny you are in the right place! If you would like to start at the beginning go to see Michelle!

Abby's hop is Mexican Inspired..here's what I created!

The image is from Dilly Beans Digi Stamps, I colored it with my Copics and because I know Abby loves layers & bright colors-that is just what I did!
I used Jaded Blossom's Sweet Birthday Wishes stamp set for the sentiment, on the flag die from FLAG DIE and the scalloped flag from FLAG DIE 2!

Also if I love to make these letters for the birthday hops...Abby's is slightly different from the others I have made. I knew I wanted to use her favorite paper for the letter so--her A is a little smaller! :0)

Happy Birthday Abby!! Abby is also leaving the Jaded Blossom Design Team :0(
I will miss you tons!

I hope you love all the projects!

Make sure to leave comments on all the blogs to be entered to win the MEXICAN FOOD Jaded Blossom Stamp set

Next up is my friend Ashley!

Don't forget to tell Abby Happy Birthday on her blog!! :0)

Here is the entire line up in case you get lost!

Sheffield Place

Hello! I hope everyone is having a great day! I am excited to share with you a project I have been working on for about a month now. At the beginning of May I noticed that one another crafty blog (Funky Cards) that there was a Mother's Day card drive for a Women and Children's shelter in Kansas City, Missouri called Sheffield Place. So I decided to send a card off to them. I included a short note about how I came across the card drive and wrote my email at the bottom--expecting nothing else-I mailed it off and forgot about it. Until a few days later I get an email from the Director of Programs, David, thanking me for my card! I was stunned. What a nice thing for him to do!! I emailed him back and asked a few questions about the Sheffield Place and volunteered to make some more cards for the families that live there.
This place does AMAZING things for women and children. Please take a minute to either friend them on Facebook (so you can be updated with all the programs they do!) or just read about them at Sheffield Place.

So I wanted to share with you what I created for them!!

Dilly Beans Weekly Challenge

Hello everyone! I am excited about this post! I love these digis! I am having a flashback to my childhood-I loved to color! (Ok ok I still LOVE to color!) I would start at the beginning of a coloring book and color until the whole book was done!! Normal children would tear out a page, color it, and present it to their mom or dad. Nope, not me! I colored the ENTIRE BOOK and then gave it to my mom! Haha! Soooo when I printed these AMAZING digis I wanted to color them ALL!
I am submitting this to the Dilly Beans Weekly Challenge. This week is stripes.

Thanks for stopping by and don't forget to post your challenge projects Here
