Candace's Nerdy Cat Birthday Hop!

Hi Everyone and Welcome to 
Today we are celebrating Candace's 30th Birthday!
I want to wish Candace a VERY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! She is an amazing person-with a ton of creativity-a self proclaimed NERD! (I thought I was nerdy..and after getting to know her...I am not worthy of the "Nerd" title!)

Here is what I made:
 
 
It is a Kindle! What nerd doesn't love to read!? (my idea of a nerd likes to read...I think I am behind in the idea of what a true nerd is!)
 
I used the SVG Cutting Files BRAND NEW Kindle Slide Card
I love love love this new slide card! It came out perfect!! So perfect I was afraid to embellish it! So I left it pretty clean and simple.
I slipped a gift card in the slots provided and
I used Jaded Blossom's Flag Die 2 and the sentiment is from Sweet Birthday Wishes

Welcome Spring!

Hello everyone! Today is my day to post for the Jaded Blossom Design Team!
 
I am so excited for Spring! I may be a little ahead of things with this card - but I am trying to hurry the process of winter.
 
Here is the card I made:
 
 
The daffodil is a brand new file from SVG Cutting Files
(isn't it beautiful?!)
I layered some pattern Echo Park paper and some solid paper from my scraps.
The flower is mounted on the Fancy Topper Die. The sentiment is from Easter Treats 2.
I added some of my favorite twine from Trendy Twine in the colors Lemon Tart and Limeade.

SVG Cutting File Love Challenge

Hello everyone! I have a cute valentine to show you today!
 
 
I made this M&M treat stick to submit to the SVG Cutting Files Love challenge!
I used a Jaded Blossom 1x8 clear bag, and the stamp set LOVE BUNNY, as well as the new TREAT TAG DIE.
I used the cutest little bunny from SVG Cutting Files called SWEET BABY BUNNY
As soon as I saw this sweet little bunny I saw this treat in my head! I am so happy it turned out just how I imagined! I love these files because of the base that comes with the cut........and  more importantly because the owner Ann is a very generous and sweet lady!

Ashley's Belated Birthday Hop!


Good Morning! Happy Monday! :) Welcome to Ashley's Belated Birthday Hop!
My Jaded Blossom Design Team sister, Awesome Blog Hop host, and creative friend Ashley recently turned 30!! :0)
So a bunch of us decided to have a belated hop for our friend!

I know Ashley loves clean and simple cards, the color pink and turtles! So here is what I came up with to help her celebrate her birthday!

I cut the turtle from Paper Piecings by Nikki. I changed the heart so I could stamp "Sorry I'm Slow" - which is from Jaded Blossom's Funny Mail
The base of my card is from SVG Cutting Files.
(I love how easy it is to make a shape card with the new card base files)
And I added a little Trendy Twine in one of my new FAVORITE colors Pink Midnight!
 
Don't you LOVE that new pink twine from Trendy Twine?!

Here is what I made:
 

The heart treat box and the hearts on the center are cuts from the Silhouette Store.
The senitment is from Jaded Blossom's Simple Sayings Valentine Edition
I added a piece of ribbon to make the handle and then filled it with Reese's hearts! (my hubby's favorite!)

Jaded Blossom Easter-ish Release Hop!

Hi Everyone! Welcome to Jaded Blossom's February Release Blog Hop.  So did you enjoy all the projects this week?
Isn't this Design Team AMAZING?!
 
I know I say this every month......but I just <3 this release!!

If you missed my projects this week here is a picture!
 
So remember earlier in the week I said that Java Time was my favorite stamp set this release!? Well here is why!! :0)
All the little sentiments fit in the the cup that the cutie is holding AND on the bottoms of all the candies!!! Oh yeah--and the coffee beans fit too!!!

Take a look at my project to see what I mean:
 

See how those little sentiments fit PERFECTLY on the bottoms! They all fit in the 3/4" punch!

I made this coffee mug using a template I found HERE. It gave very good instructions and it was easy to put together!

I used a circle shape from the Silhouette Store for the circle layers tag.
and ALL the stamps came from Jave Time!

In the coffee mug is a cone bag filled with Hershey Kisses!

I topped it off with a little NEW Pink Midnight TRENDY TWINE!
 
 
And please note,  Bunny Poop Revamped is NOT included in the February Stamp Release package 
We decided to revamp this set, since a lot of you may already have it, we left it out of the package. So if you want to purchase it make sure to ADD it to your cart
