design team day! I am excited to share with you a new

I used the Birthday Gnome to decorate the new Nugget Gift Card Holder!

I love how you get a treat and a gift card with this one!

I also used Jaded Blossom's Gnomies Forever, Candy Wrap Dies, Spring Dies 2, Birthday Candies 2 and Garden Candies!
